📋 Description

• Manages resources and people processes to ensure the day-to-day administration of processes and formal procedures. • Identifies individual and team skill gaps and developmental opportunities to facilitate individual and team development. • Conducts frequent performance evaluations to facilitate open communication and encourage continuous improvement. • Manages customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and growth of UPS business. • Monitors product service standards' compliance and conducts service quality reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum HS diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree preferred • MAPP candidate or a ‘Ready Now’ Supervisor • At least 5 years related industry experience in Account or Project Management
