📋 Description

• Build, own, and continuously evolve sophisticated financial models. • Own defined workstreams within rolling forecasts, annual planning, and management reporting. • Drive the evaluation of major business initiatives. • Partner closely with the Data team to build scalable, data-driven financial frameworks. • Collaborate with the Risk team to ensure our financial models provide the necessary foundation for regulatory capital planning. • Analyse financial and operational performance metrics. • Cultivate trusted relationships across the organisation. • Leverage our financial tech stack and AI tools to automate workflows and streamline reporting. • Prepare high-quality materials and analysis for Business Leaders, the Executive Management Team, and the Board of Directors.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Strategic Finance (FP&A), Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or a comparable analytically rigorous role. • Advanced financial modelling skills and strong analytical capability. • Solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting fundamentals (CFA, ACA or equivalent qualification is an advantage). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in modern FP&A tools (e.g., Abacum, Planful, Anaplan) is an advantage.
