📋 Description

• Coordinate commercial activities, sales leadership meetings, internal communications, workflows, and day-to-day operational support • Track opportunities, manage pipeline activities, and support sales process adherence • Establish and manage an internal commercial ticketing/request system • Design and maintain a centralised SharePoint-based commercial knowledge hub and structured repositories • Develop self-service enablement resources and support onboarding and continuous learning • Develop customised solution decks, presentation packages, modular customer presentation libraries, proposals, RFIs, and customer-facing documentation • Maintain approved RFI, proposal, and tender response databases and coordinate commercial responses • Produce and distribute sales reports and dashboards across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles • Administer CRM data quality, user support, workflows, and commercial process automation • Support lead generation, lead qualification, prioritisation, distribution, campaigns, and pipeline conversion • Coordinate customer-facing events, including BioConnect, Lunch & Learns, conferences, logistics, materials, communications, and attendees • Coordinate cross-functional commercial and internal support functions • Identify and implement improvements involving sales enablement, systems, workflows, technology, and AI-driven solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred • Experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, sales support, or business operations roles • Strong experience with CRM platforms, reporting tools, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications • Experience supporting RFIs, proposals, tenders, or commercial documentation processes preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Experience with process improvement, automation, or AI-enabled business tools highly desirable • Experience in exhibition and trade show coordination • Strong organisational and project coordination skills • Commercial awareness and customer focus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Analytical and data-driven mindset • Process improvement and problem-solving capability • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively • Strong systems and technology aptitude • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach • Ability to manage confidential and commercially sensitive information
