📋 Description

• Generate sales leads using multiple methods including outbound calls and trade show attendance • Manage existing accounts and pursue new customers • Support customer contract negotiations and liaise with proposals teams • Capture opportunities in Salesforce and track progress • Prepare and present insights at meetings • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction • Build and maintain key customer relationships • Travel up to 50% for customer visits and industry conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/applicable experience • 5+ years of business development or experience with customized solutions • Proven track record of sales success • Business-to-business sales experience with preference for CRO industry • Knowledge of business development in the Biopharma industry • Excellent Microsoft Office skills • Previous work with Salesforce.com is an advantage
