📋 Description
• Own end-to-end patient data ingestion workflows • Validate incoming client files and data quality • Apply data corrections and transformations • Maintain ETL tools and ingestion logic • Build scheduled and ad hoc reports • Partner across teams to resolve data issues • Document processes and update standards
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables • Bilingual Spanish and English • Experience analyzing large datasets • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • SQL experience (Nice to Have) • Contact center industry experience (Nice to Have) • ETL tool management experience (Nice to Have) • Healthcare or patient data experience (Nice to Have)
