• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for non-clinical roles across multiple enterprise functions, including IT, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, and Legal. • Partner closely with Business Leaders including C-level executives to support the planning and execution of non-clinical talent acquisition delivery. • Execute staffing strategies; source and recruit professional level and executive candidates. • Manage the end-to-end full life cycle recruiting process; adhere to all relevant tracking and compliance requirements. • Lead and execute special projects to support long-term talent strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field. • Minimum 5-7 years of related staffing or talent acquisition experience. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies. • Experience with iCIMS strongly preferred. • Experience and subject matter knowledge of the relationship between workforce planning and forecasting job needs, preferred. • Experience managing projects relating to Talent Acquisition process improvement, preferred.
• This position is eligible for an annual bonus. • Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
