• Lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of GBCI credentialing and certificate programs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and program integrity • Oversee a team of up to 10 employees, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to drive team effectiveness • Ensure all credentialing programs meet accreditation standards, including ISO/IEC 17024 and ANSI compliance requirements • Manage the Credential Maintenance Program (CMP), including policies, guidance documentation, and program reporting • Drive new credential development initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time with clear milestones and outcomes • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, Technology, and Customer Service teams to support program delivery and growth • Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact for credentialing programs • Manage vendor and consultant relationships, including contracts and deliverables • Oversee translation efforts for global credentialing programs • Develop and implement functional strategies, budgets, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals • Support governance activities by serving as staff liaison to the Credentialing Steering Committee and Board
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in credentialing, professional certification, test development, or related field • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex programs or projects • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver on timelines • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree preferred (Business, Management, Educational Measurement, I/O Psychology, or related field) • Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred) • Experience with credentialing or assessment platforms preferred • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • PMP or related project management certification preferred
