📋 Description

• Development of urban design projects in land regularization areas. • Preparation of descriptive reports (memoriais descritivos) and technical documents required for project approval and registration. • Ensuring projects comply with current legislation, especially Law 13.465/2017 and local regulations. • Conducting site inspections and field surveys.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture and Urbanism (active registration with CAU). • Proven experience in urban design and land regularization (REURB): designing, planning, and sizing lots, built areas, road networks, public spaces, leisure areas, and communal spaces. • Deep knowledge of federal and municipal regulations applicable to land regularization, urban management, and basic infrastructure. • Proficiency in CAD software and Métrica Topo to develop and manage urban projects. • Experience in technical surveying and analysis of urban data. • Experience reviewing documentation, titling processes, and urban legislation. • Experience coordinating with city halls, registries, and other public agencies.
