📋 Description

• Define and lead the data center design and construction strategy across multiple projects. • Evaluate feasibility studies, budgets, timelines, and risk assessments. • Establish and maintain best practices for scalable, cost-effective, and sustainable data center builds. • Lead design reviews for architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems. • Ensure alignment with business needs, industry standards, and energy efficiency goals. • Drive innovation in design solutions to maximize uptime, scalability, and performance. • Oversee contractor selection, procurement strategy, and execution plans. • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving risks, delays, or cost overruns. • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, local codes, and environmental standards. • Serve as the key point of contact between engineering teams, architects, vendors, and executives. • Review and approve bids, proposals, and contracts to ensure project alignment. • Provide clear updates, reports, and strategic input to senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data center design and construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems for mission-critical facilities. • Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex construction projects from concept to completion. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills. • Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and meetings. • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
