• - Develop and execute the strategic vision, direction, and long-term growth plan for the Power Delivery Services division, including distribution, transmission, and substation services. • - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of power infrastructure projects and services. • - Establish, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, quality standards, and operational excellence. • - Lead planning and execution of capital improvement and infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. • - Manage enterprise risk and ensure business continuity plans are in place for all power delivery operations. • - Provide executive leadership to engineering, construction, and operations teams across design, construction, maintenance, and field execution. • - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to expand market share and service offerings within the power delivery sector. • - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including utilities, government agencies, regulators, and private sector clients. • - Develop and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and subcontractor relationships to enhance capabilities and geographic reach. • - Collaborate closely with business development, sales, and marketing teams to position the company competitively and support bidding, proposals, and contract negotiations. • - Prepare, manage, and oversee the division’s operating budget, capital expenditures, and financial forecasts, ensuring cost-effective operations and profitability. • - Track and analyze financial and operational performance metrics, ensuring revenue, margin, and growth targets are achieved. • - Optimize resource allocation, workforce planning, and cost management across all projects and operations. • - Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain high-performing leadership and technical talent within the division. • - Serve as the primary executive point of contact for key clients and strategic stakeholders. • - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and consistent service quality. • - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, regulatory meetings, and client engagements. • - Establish and monitor KPIs for operations, project execution, safety, and business development activities. • - Provide regular performance updates and strategic reports to executive leadership and the board of directors. • - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • - 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in power delivery, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure services, with significant experience on the contractor side. • - Proven executive or senior leadership experience managing power distribution, transmission, and/or substation operations. • - Strong understanding of utility standards, regulatory requirements, safety programs, and compliance frameworks. • - Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and growing large-scale service portfolios. • - Experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and geographically distributed operations. • - Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L ownership, and cost control. • - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • - Willingness and ability to travel as required.
