• Conduct design research and assemble architectural ideas. • Develop sketches, designs, and drawings across different RIBA stages. • Work independently and deliver intermediate results weekly. • Report to the lead project architect and collaborate with interior designers, CGI artists, MEP and structural engineers, FF&E procurement, and client representatives. • Work primarily on early design stages, with approximately 75% engagement in RIBA 1–3 and up to 25% supervision and advisory work in RIBA 4–5. • Work on high-end hospitality projects as a design architect. • Conduct feasibility studies, volumetric proposals, area calculations, and land plot analyses. • Interpret design briefs and collaborate with client representatives. • Create presentations, mood boards, and reference materials. • Generate architectural ideas and sketches. • Develop concept designs, massing proposals, volumetric studies, layouts, and free-form designs. • Optimize ergonomics and circulation while balancing aesthetics, function, and operations. • Develop volumetric studies into concept layouts, Revit models, and CGI inputs. • Refine concept layouts through schematic and detailed design stages. • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and local Architect of Record teams while preserving design intent. • Support FF&E procurement with quantity calculations, material research, and detailing. • Research hospitality trends, technologies, materials, and methodologies and propose innovative solutions. • Mentor junior team members, supervise BIM modelers, and improve design storytelling and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture • 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design • Experience with low-rise residential and hospitality projects, including private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, or Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or similar sketch-oriented presentation software • Advanced/Fluent English, written and verbal • Portfolio required • Ability to work within Central European Time or UK hours • Must not require visa sponsorship or relocation support
