📋 Description

• Provide SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consulting services • Participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and/or production support • Work hands-on with the Employee Central module • Work directly with customers • Mass upload employee data information in Employee Central • Mass upload organizational data information in Employee Central • Manage Business Rules • Manage MDF Objects • Handle release management activities • Handle tickets using tools such as SNOW and JIRA • Support multiple customers simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant • Experience in SAP Employee Central implementation and/or production support • Hands-on experience with the SAP Employee Central module • Experience working directly with customers • Experience mass uploading employee data information in Employee Central • Experience mass uploading organizational data information in Employee Central • Knowledge of Business Rules Management • Knowledge of MDF Object Management • Fluent English, spoken and written • At least 2 years of SuccessFactors Employee Central experience • Medium-level experience with MS Excel • Active SuccessFactors Employee Central certificate • Only candidates in Mexico • Advanced English • Preferred: experience with other SuccessFactors modules, including Learning, Performance and Goal, and Onboarding • Preferred: release management experience • Preferred: experience working directly with 2+ customers simultaneously • Preferred: experience with ticketing handling tools such as SNOW and JIRA
