📋 Description

• Build strong bonds with OEMs in coordination with Customer/Regional offices through technical expertise • Develop technical expertise in the analysis of complex ADAS systems • Define system architectures through structured analysis of System Use Cases • Establish and chair cross-domain expert committees • Define and review cross-PL system solutions during complex RFIs/RFQs • Benchmark systems and E/E topologies • Propose innovative concepts for the Valeo System Roadmap and Strategic Product Planning (SPP) • Develop the team’s technical capabilities through line management or functional leadership • Mentor teams and challenge technical choices to ensure engineering excellence • Lead cross-functional R&D projects and align organizations across a global company

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) • Extensive experience developing complex ADAS systems and vehicle E/E architectures • Significant contributions to successful project awards • Experience developing IVI (Infotainment) products and related technologies • Proven track record in direct people management • Proven track record leading cross-functional R&D projects • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders • Ability to align organizations and bridge silos • Systems-thinking mindset • Ability to develop a long-term product vision driven by customer needs • Strong networking skills across all levels of hierarchy and throughout a global organization • Experience with Valeo’s current key strategic partners is a plus
