📋 Description

• Supporting the management and growth of key customer accounts across branded and private label products • Building strong relationships with wholesale partners, societies, and key stakeholders • Assisting with the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) • Identifying new growth opportunities across categories and customer channels • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain, Technical, and Commercial teams • Supporting National Account Managers and Senior National Account Managers with day-to-day account management • Monitoring performance, analysing data, and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives • Contributing to customer planning, forecasting, and promotional analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights • Excellent communication and influencing skills • A customer-first mindset and the ability to build trusted partnerships • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines • Confidence working collaboratively across multiple teams • Energy, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem solving • Experience within FMCG or a similar fast-paced commercial environment • Exposure to retail, wholesale, convenience, or branded products • Understanding of commercial performance, forecasting, or category management • Experience supporting customer accounts or sales teams
