📋 Description

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients across targeted industries and regions. • Build and maintain a strong professional network (industry events, online outreach, personal connections). • Lead initial client communication, qualify leads, and support presales together with technical teams. • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent revenue growth. • Align sales efforts with marketing and delivery teams. • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify strategic opportunities. • Drive outbound sales initiatives via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and conferences.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within software development, especially outsourcing or outstaffing models. • Ability to improve and manage the sales cycle for custom software development. • Familiarity with domain areas such as micro frontends, eCommerce, EdTech, TravelTech, B2B SaaS, etc. • Experience working with Tier 1 markets (USA, Canada, UK, Germany). • Strong outbound skills and tools (LinkedIn, events, email outreach). • Experience in presales, including discovery phase, technical assessments, and participation in RFPs or Statements of Work (SoWs). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
