📋 Description

• Develop cross-platform applications using Flutter for Android/iOS • Translate product requirements and UI designs into fully functional features • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices • Participate in code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and support team learning • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create seamless user experiences • Integrate apps with backend APIs and services • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues • Stay current with Flutter/Dart ecosystem updates and suggest improvements • Take ownership of features from concept to deployment • Contribute to architectural decisions • Mentor junior team members • Strengthen Flutter adoption across projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of total software development experience • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and modern development practices • Experience writing unit and integration tests • Familiarity with state management solutions such as Riverpod, BLoC, or Provider • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows • Understanding of responsive UI principles and mobile design guidelines • Solid knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows • Experience with local storage such as Hive or SQLite and performance optimization • Knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration • Agile methodologies and consulting experience are a plus • Must be based in Portugal
