📋 Description

• Work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, support, and/or operations projects • Independently maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and perform administrative functions • Configure the platform using its products and extended features • Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions, software architectures, and integration approaches • Define and evolve architecture, integration, security, performance, and scalability standards • Make decisions regarding system integration, API design, messaging, and component organization • Assess technical impacts across the frontend, backend, database, external services, and integrations • Identify risks, technical constraints, and dependencies, and propose mitigation actions • Act as the technical leader for the development team • Organize and distribute tasks among developers • Monitor technical execution across multiple projects and integration workstreams • Participate in the planning and implementation of complex features • Conduct code and architecture reviews • Ensure software is reviewed and tested before being released to users • Provide hands-on support to the team in investigating and resolving technical issues • Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client’s IT leadership • Lead discussions regarding requirements, feasibility, architecture, and technical prioritization • Communicate technical concepts, risks, and constraints to both technical and non-technical audiences • Collaborate with project management, business stakeholders, and development teams • Act as a trusted advisor and support technical decisions and architecture evolution • Produce technical status updates and progress reports • Promote SOLID, Clean Architecture, test automation, and best practices • Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are met • Safeguard performance, scalability, security, observability, and maintainability • Support the creation and evolution of technical documentation • Contribute reusable standards, technical references, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Upper-intermediate or advanced English proficiency • Strong experience with .NET and C# • API and service development and design • Experience integrating with REST and SOAP APIs • Experience with cloud-to-cloud integrations • Entity Framework Core • SQL Server, data modeling, and query development • Knowledge and implementation of messaging, preferably RabbitMQ • Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity services, preferably Auth0 • Unit testing, integration testing, and test automation • Knowledge of web applications based on Angular and TypeScript • HTML, CSS, and preferably SCSS • Development and governance of reusable components • Integration of frontend applications with REST APIs • Ability to assess impacts across the frontend, backend, and data persistence layers • Git and version control best practices • Azure DevOps for activity tracking and delivery lifecycle management • Experience with code reviews and architecture reviews • Knowledge of SOLID, Clean Architecture, and design patterns • Experience with performance, scalability, security, and maintainability • Experience with agile practices and participation in ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Planning, and Retrospectives • Preferred: experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Cloud Fusion, TOTVS, or other academic systems and ERPs • Preferred: experience integrating SaaS platforms and multi-cloud environments • Preferred: knowledge of enterprise architecture and integration governance • Preferred: previous experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Systems Architect • Preferred: consulting experience or direct client-facing experience
