📋 Description

• Identify and develop business opportunities with banks, credit unions, fintechs, insurers, consortium administrators, payment institutions, and other organizations in the financial services market • Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams in opportunity qualification, requirements gathering, and the development of value propositions • Lead discovery meetings to understand clients’ business challenges, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives • Develop models, accelerators, frameworks, and solutions focused on Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Controls, Audit, Vendor Management, and Business Continuity • Organize and lead workshops, demonstrations, executive presentations, and discovery sessions with clients and prospects • Act as a market subject-matter expert throughout the sales cycle, supporting demonstrations, proof-of-concept initiatives, and technical presentations • Support implementation consulting teams in understanding business requirements and financial services industry best practices • Participate in strategic projects, guiding the definition of processes, metrics, controls, and functional requirements • Support initiatives to expand and enhance solutions for existing clients • Contribute to content development for marketing campaigns, webinars, events, articles, case studies, and positioning materials for the financial services vertical • Monitor trends, regulations, and best practices in the financial services market, sharing knowledge with internal teams and clients • Deliver high-value specialized GRC consulting services, including value-chain analysis, risk methodologies, risk and control matrices, key risk indicators, and readiness for establishing the loss database (CADOC 5050)

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of financial services processes and challenges • Knowledge of Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Internal Controls • Familiarity with regulations and standards applicable to the financial services sector, including BACEN, CMN, CVM, SUSEP, LGPD, and other relevant regulatory requirements • Knowledge of process management, digital transformation, and continuous improvement • Ability to translate regulatory requirements into processes, controls, and technology solutions • Experience with enterprise GRC, BPM, ECM, or related platforms • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Risk Management, Compliance, Corporate Governance, Audit, or Financial Services (a plus) • Certifications related to Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, or Governance (a plus) • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency (a plus)
