📋 Description

• Gather technical and functional requirements from clients, helping to understand their needs, environments, and constraints. • Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals, architecture diagrams, solution flows, and integration models, following established standards and guidelines. • Support technical presentations, functional demonstrations, and workshops for clients. • Support the process of identifying technical risks, integration requirements, and potential customizations for proposed solutions. • Work with the Services team to align proposed solutions with the technical roadmap and delivery capacity. • Support the Marketing team by providing technical information and insights for commercial and institutional materials. • Organize and keep up to date technical information, documentation, and records related to sales opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales and/or solutions architecture. • Knowledge of infrastructure, cloud computing, information security, and cybersecurity. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and internal teams, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
