📋 Description

• Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Build trusted client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management • Analyze the individual needs of clients and their employees • Develop tailored benefits solutions and ensure high client satisfaction • Guide new and existing clients through all stages of the order process • Ensure high quality and service standards throughout order fulfillment • Proactively inform clients about new benefits and enhancements • Actively contribute to the development of the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models • Provide strategic advice to clients and develop tailored benefits programs • Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and support sustainable employee retention

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training, or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • Sound knowledge of HR and tax matters • Experience in compensation and benefits is an advantage • Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style • Strong planning and organizational skills • Confident handling of commercial and business-related topics • Business-fluent German and English • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technical topics
