📋 Description

• Identify and acquire suitable land for large-scale photovoltaic projects • Negotiate lease agreements with landowners and municipalities • Establish contact with municipalities and external partners • Use GIS and other IT solutions to identify and evaluate potential solar sites • Review and manage project documents and contracts • Collaborate with the project development team to meet deadlines • Ensure efficient communication, information management, and documentation • Secure land lease agreements for project-relevant parcels • Establish and maintain relationships with landowners, municipalities, and other stakeholders • Manage stakeholder relationships to support successful land acquisition and project progression from origination to development • Prepare and negotiate agreements; final approval is handled by appropriate management • Hand the project over to the development team after acquisition is complete

🎯 Requirements

• A vocational qualification is required for this role • A university degree is not mandatory, as long as the candidate has relevant professional experience in the field • Several years of experience in the development and construction of PV, wind, or battery storage projects • Experience in understanding the technical, resource-related, and financial feasibility of project development • Commercial experience in the energy sector is desirable • Network and knowledge of grid operators, authorities, and municipalities • Strong sales experience and a passion for working with people • Understanding of the technical, resource-related, and financial aspects of project development in the renewable energy sector • Hands-on experience in developing and constructing large-scale PV, wind, or battery storage projects • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management • Flexibility and willingness to travel • Certifications relevant to renewable energy project development would be advantageous • Fluency in German is essential • Proficiency in English is preferred
