📋 Description

• Lead Store Managers to deliver sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives across the district • Analyze performance trends and identify risks and opportunities • Implement action plans to drive results • Translate performance data into practical insights and link commercial results to in-store behaviors • Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality • Lead performance recovery plans in underperforming stores • Champion brand DNA, visual identity, product storytelling, and customer experience • Manage and lead new store openings and hiring of store talent • Promote an inclusive, people-first culture • Ensure consistent and timely execution of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns • Monitor customer metrics and drive district improvement plans • Represent stores with Brand HQ functions and collaborate with central retail operations • Communicate priorities, process changes, and performance expectations to Store Managers • Work closely with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable position • Experience managing several stores • Proven record of achieving commercial and operational results and driving store performance • Strong people leadership, coaching, and development skills • Data-driven decision-making, strong business acumen, and planning capability • Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and pace across multiple locations • High level of responsibility management, communication skills, and flexibility • Frequent travel, approximately 80% or more, including air and overnight travel • Fluent in German and English • Residence within the assigned area
