📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of retail stores across Germany Central West covering Timberland, Vans, The North Face, and Napapijri • Lead Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and KPI objectives • Analyze performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and implement action plans • Translate performance data into practical insights linked to in-store behaviors and actions • Conduct structured store visits focused on coaching, performance assessment, and execution quality • Lead performance recovery plans in underperforming stores with hands-on support and coaching • Champion brand DNA, visual identity, product storytelling, and customer experience • Manage new store openings and hire store talent • Promote an inclusive, people-first culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and engagement • Ensure consistent and timely execution of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns • Monitor customer metrics and drive district improvement plans • Represent stores to Brand headquarters functions and collaborate with central retail operations • Communicate priorities, process changes, and performance expectations to Store Managers • Work closely with Local HR, Health and Safety, and Asset Protection teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid and consistent management experience in a comparable position • Experience managing several stores • Proven record of achieving commercial and operational results and driving store performance • Strong people leadership, coaching, and development skills • Data-driven decision-making skills • Strong business acumen and planning capability • Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and pace across multiple locations • High level of responsibility management, communication skills, and flexibility • Frequent travel, approximately 80% or more, including air and overnight travel • Fluent in German and English • Residence within the assigned area
