📋 Description

• Act as the central point of contact between internal departments and clients • Build trusted client relationships and maintain them through active relationship management • Identify the individual needs of clients and their employees • Develop tailored benefits solutions and ensure high client satisfaction • Guide new and existing clients through all order and implementation processes • Ensure consistently high standards of quality and service • Proactively inform clients about new benefits and further developments • Actively contribute to shaping the benefits portfolio, including innovative bonus models • Provide strategic advice to clients • Develop customized benefits programs • Identify opportunities for improvement in existing systems

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management • Strong knowledge of HR and tax-related topics • Experience in Compensation & Benefits is a plus • Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Confident handling of commercial and business-related matters • Fluent German, with strong negotiation skills • Fluent English, with strong negotiation skills • Solid project management skills • Affinity for technical topics
