📋 Description

• Advise employees of client companies on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finances • Serve as a point of contact by phone, email and digital channels • Ensure an excellent customer experience • Independently handle customer inquiries from consultation through implementation • Explain complex topics in a clear, audience-appropriate manner • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training, university degree or relevant experience in customer advisory services, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service • Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome • Enjoy working with people and providing advice • Structured, self-motivated and solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent German-language skills • Confident user of digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
