📋 Description

• Advise employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning, and financial matters • Serve as a point of contact by phone, email, and digital channels • Ensure an excellent customer experience • Independently handle customer inquiries from consultation through implementation • Explain complex topics in a clear and audience-appropriate manner • Contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training, a degree, or relevant experience in customer consulting, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service • Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome • Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent German language skills • Confident using digital tools, CRM systems, and modern communication channels
