📋 Description

• Run the monthly reporting cycle by pushing actuals into Pigment and producing the Corporate Reporting pack • Own the forecast cycle behind the ARR and EBITDA outlook • Own the reporting calendar and keep the team on schedule • Reconcile P&L and SaaS KPIs before reporting • Investigate discrepancies and flag incorrect numbers • Keep planning and reporting data updated • Build monthly investor packs for two private equity shareholders • Own KPI commentary for management reporting, business reviews, and town halls • Run variance analysis and turn findings into actionable insight • Run recurring analysis on ARR, retention, and unit economics • Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other business teams on forecasts and analysis • Own and improve AI skills, routines, and agents generating the reporting pack • Fix broken reporting automation • Remove remaining manual steps from the reporting cycle • Build automated data-quality checks

🎯 Requirements

• Up to three years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, audit, transaction services, or business analytics; a strong internship counts • Degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, mathematics, or another quantitatively focused field • Strong spreadsheet skills, including clear and followable structure • Ability to meet immovable deadlines • Fluent written and spoken English • Curiosity about AI tooling and willingness to use and improve it
