📋 Description

• Advise employees of client companies on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement planning and personal finance • Serve as a point of contact by phone, email and digital channels • Ensure an excellent customer experience • Independently manage customer inquiries from consultation through implementation • Explain complex topics in a clear, accessible and audience-appropriate way • Contribute to the ongoing development of services and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training, a degree or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services or customer service • Career changers with a strong service orientation and an interest in financial topics are welcome • Enjoy working with people and providing advisory support • Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work • Excellent German language skills • Confident using digital tools, CRM systems and modern communication channels
