📋 Description
• Advise employees on financial wellbeing, insurance, retirement provision and personal finances • Serve as a point of contact across multiple channels (phone, email, digital) • Independently handle customer inquiries from consultation through implementation • Explain complex topics clearly and tailored to the target audience • Actively contribute to the development and improvement of services and processes
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training, degree, or relevant experience in customer advisory, insurance, banking, financial services, or customer service • Enjoys working with people and providing advisory support • Structured, independent and solution-oriented • Excellent German language skills • Confident user of digital tools and CRM systems
