📋 Description

• Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market • Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property managers on corporate housing solutions and develop long-term partnerships • Support our partners by phone, in writing and virtually, ensuring a professional and positive service experience • Explain complex tax and financial topics related to housing in a clear and persuasive manner • Actively contribute to the development of our services and processes in the area of housing acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g. as a real estate agent, in property management, or in comparable roles • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and convincingly – including to diverse target groups • Confident user of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications • Work independently, in a structured way, and responsibly • Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
