• Identify and acquire potential housing partners on the German market • Provide tailored advice to landlords, property owners and property management companies on corporate housing concepts and build long-term partnerships • Provide telephone, written and virtual support to partners to ensure a professional and positive service experience • Explain complex tax and financial matters related to housing • Actively contribute to the further development of services and processes in the area of housing procurement
• Professional experience in the German real estate sector, e.g., as a broker/estate agent, in property management or in comparable roles • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and persuasively — including to varied target groups • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications • Ability to work independently, in a structured and responsible manner • Very good German skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
