📋 Description

• Identify and acquire potential partners in the housing sector on the German market • Provide individual consulting to landlords, property owners and property management companies • Support partners by phone, in writing and virtually • Explain complex tax and financial topics in an understandable way • Actively contribute to the development of services and processes in the housing sourcing area

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience in the real estate sector in Germany • Ability to explain complex matters clearly and persuasively • Confident use of IT systems, CRM tools and digital applications • Work independently, in a structured manner and with a strong sense of responsibility • Excellent German language skills and a communicative, charismatic personality
