📋 Description

• Acts as the regional strategic Access Leader within the German Market Access organization. • Responsible for designing and implementing innovative healthcare delivery/access projects. • Optimizes patient pathways and actively engages relevant stakeholders. • Develops and implements regional, product- and indication-specific care projects. • Proactively expands and strengthens existing healthcare networks.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in health economics, natural sciences, business/economics, or relevant equivalent professional experience. • Professional competence in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG). • Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in Market Access, health policy, or a comparable role within the pharmaceutical industry. • Solid knowledge of the German healthcare system, reimbursement processes, and regulatory framework. • In-depth understanding of health policy and legal frameworks governing the economic use of medicines. • Experience in strategic, cross-regional collaboration with key decision-makers. • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams. • Strong strategic skills and excellent project management capabilities. • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
