📋 Description

• This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and lively company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • The Senior Business Development Leader is responsible for all phases of the development of the company’s future revenue stream through new account targeting and development. • Develop and generate new business development leads. • Work with targeted business development accounts to secure future business. • Develop and implement projects, programs and strategies to accomplish corporate objectives. • Develop materials and presentations demonstrating CRO services according to client specifications and needs. • Prepare and/or assist in the preparation of price quotations, terms of sale and timelines according to company policy and within corporate guidelines. • Monitor monthly time and activity versus productivity to assess and implement continuous improvement. • Interview prospective new team members. • Supervise and conduct employee training/continuing education and performance evaluations. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• A business background in the sales, training, marketing or purchasing • 7+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device or related experience highly preferred • Strong experience in computer technology, including CRM usage • Foundational background/knowledge regarding medical terminology, drug nomenclature, clinical operational offerings • Demonstrated character and transparency in prior business ventures • Possesses a true passion for improving patient outcomes through the clinical development process • Good written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated • Ability to function as a team member • Ability to lead and delegate to others • Ability to identify client needs/opportunities and translate them into new projects • Excellent interpersonal communication skills • Ability to interact and develop a rapport with clients
