📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate revenue growth initiatives, commercial opportunities, financial impact, and execution trade-offs • Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic and operational decision-making • Support capital budgeting and investment allocation decisions by assessing expected returns, strategic priorities, and funding requirements • Lead KPI monitoring, variance analysis, and management reporting • Translate financial and operational performance trends into actionable recommendations • Monitor financial performance and cash-flow planning to support business objectives, liquidity requirements, and resource allocation • Develop and maintain pricing, margin, and profitability reporting • Identify and evaluate investment and partnership opportunities • Evaluate strategic opportunities and funding requirements and provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership • Support investment and partnership decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and assessment of expected returns and strategic value • Oversee financial operations, accounting coordination, tax planning, financial compliance, and financial management • Ensure compliance with applicable financial and tax requirements and coordinate with internal and external advisors • Oversee financial processes and controls to support accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and financial integrity • Support the monthly financial close process, including review of financial statements, analysis of results, and coordination with accounting resources • Partner cross-functionally with executive and operational leaders to align financial planning and resource allocation with business objectives • Collaborate with the development team on internal products and solutions that improve operational efficiency and automation • Participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives and special projects • Prepare and support financial content for board materials, leadership updates, and executive presentations • Respond to ad hoc financial, operational, and strategic analysis requests from executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Meet or exceed performance expectations, demonstrate sound professional judgment, collaborate effectively, and comply with company policies, procedures, and standards
