• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Vantage within the AI infrastructure ecosystem • Build and manage strategic relationships with key AI infrastructure partners (e.g., NVIDIA, OpenAI, Anthropic, Dell, AWS) • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of AI-native customers, GPUaaS providers, and OEM partners • Collaborate closely with regional sales, product, and technical teams to accelerate deal execution and capacity leasing • Act as the primary relationship manager for targeted customers and partners in the region • Build joint go-to-market initiatives with OEMs and hardware providers to unlock new customer opportunities • Represent Vantage at conferences, industry events, partner forums, and meetings with government or sovereign AI stakeholders (expected travel: 25–30%) • Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, policy trends, and customer demand to inform global strategy • Ensure alignment of Vantage’s offerings with customer requirements, escalating feedback to leadership and product teams
• Previous experience working with key vendors in the AI or cloud ecosystem • Proven background in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships within cloud, data center, or hardware/OEM ecosystems • Deep network across AI-native companies, OEMs, hyperscalers, or GPUaaS providers • Strong strategic relationship-building skills, capable of engaging at both executive and operational levels • Commercial acumen with the ability to structure complex deals and understand financial drivers • Technical fluency in GPUs, AI workloads, and hardware ecosystems; able to translate technical needs into business solutions • Regional expertise and familiarity with local market dynamics, regulatory environments, and cultural nuances • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work seamlessly across sales, product, and operations • Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset—comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment • Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficiency in English required, additional regional languages a plus • Results-driven, focused on pipeline growth, relationship conversion, and measurable revenue impact
