📋 Description

• Perform manual testing to validate new features and bug fixes • Validate API responses and test database interactions • Identify and report defects with clear and detailed information • Identify, document, and prioritize bugs in JIRA or similar tools • Re-test fixed defects and perform regression testing before releases • Work on simple defects independently and contribute to medium-size projects with guidance • Identify happy-path and negative tests based on requirements • Identify the scope of small features or fixes based on business goals • Prioritize test cases and provide assignment estimates • Collaborate with QA and development peers to analyze technical problems and escalate issues to leads • Identify QA process inefficiencies and suggest improvements • Stay current on QA trends and tools • Familiarize yourself with the product, team structure, and development workflow during the first 30 days • Review existing test cases and reports, test minor features, log bugs, and shadow senior QA analysts • Take ownership of writing and executing test cases for client bugs, small features, or modules within the first 60 days • Collaborate with development on complex features and edge cases • Increase ownership of testing tasks or projects and provide feedback on onboarding and QA workflows within the first 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience • Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual testing • Familiarity with QA tools such as JIRA or Postman • Basic understanding of REST APIs and database testing • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Good understanding of product functionality and architecture and how it fits into the business • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams • B2 level English or higher is required
