📋 Description

• Working closely with the COO and CEO to develop our Studio Partnership expansion strategy and plan • Developing and maintaining relationships with dance studio owners • Driving sales of CLI products and services • Planning and executing in-person events and workshops, including coordinating faculty, staff , and vendor bookings and travel • Providing world-class service to our studio partners • Maintaining, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics • Collaborating with cross functional partners to deliver against studio partnership deliverables • Leading the Studio Partnership team to deliver against team objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience working in management roles in account management or sales • Experience with the dance industry (as a former dancer or employee of a dance or danced-related company) • Experience managing and leading teams in a fast-paced environment • Experience with productivity and CRM software
