📋 Description

• Research and evaluate innovative topics for the program portfolio • Design conferences and new formats for professionals and executives • Proactive communication with stakeholders and representation of the company • Source and recruit senior experts and speakers • Work in interdisciplinary project teams to market the event portfolio • Pilot and test new ideas and formats to drive innovative development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business, social sciences, engineering, or the humanities (Master's degree or equivalent – Diplom/Magister) • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in product or project management, or business development • Experience approaching and securing senior speakers and stakeholders • Experienced working in project-based, cross-functional teams • Confident presence on LinkedIn and active in professional networking • Enthusiasm for future technologies and a strong sense for innovative topics • Independent working style and willingness to take responsibility
