📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and maintain ERP and HRIS systems, including Rippling. • Translate Finance, HR, and Operations needs into functional configurations and solutions. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and process automations. • Conduct testing and validation of configurations, updates, features, and integrations. • Support data integration, migration, and validation across systems. • Administer access profiles and permissions. • Provide technical support for system integrations and validate data flows. • Provide functional support to users. • Guide and train users on systems, features, and processes. • Identify and propose improvements to systems and processes. • Support implementations, updates, and the ongoing enhancement of corporate systems. • Keep documentation on configurations, processes, standards, and usage guidelines up to date. • Collaborate with internal departments, international teams, and system vendors. • Perform additional activities as required by the department and management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience configuring, administering, supporting, or implementing ERP and/or HRIS systems. • Experience with Rippling. • ERP implementation experience in the Construction, Engineering, or Projects sector. • Practical knowledge of SQL. • Technical documentation and data standardization experience. • Bachelor's degree. • English proficiency.
