📋 Description

• Develop and execute customer lifecycle programs across onboarding, adoption, optimization, renewal, advocacy, and re-engagement • Map customer journeys with milestones and content opportunities • Translate lifecycle priorities into campaigns, workflows, and customer experiences for Universal and Veeam Kasten retention campaigns • Partner with web, social, email, digital advertising, and automation teams to execute plans • Create campaign content including whitepapers, technical guides, social media posts, emails, landing pages, and advertisements • Manage target account lists and customer segments • Analyze campaign results, conversion rates, pipeline, and traffic using tools such as Tableau, Databricks, and PowerBI • Communicate plans, results, and optimizations to executives, stakeholders, and regional teams globally • Maintain and optimize always-on omnichannel customer programs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience working in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, marketing campaigns or digital advertising for B2B technology companies • Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English • Experience developing and executing email campaigns, nurture programs, or automated customer journeys • Ability to manage program from planning through launch, measurement and optimization • Familiarity with webinars and digital tactics such as email and social media • Ability to write and create marketing materials such as emails, social posts, landing pages and advertisements • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to balance multiple products and meet deadlines • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI, Tableau, Claude, and Salesforce is a plus
