📋 Description

• Lead a team of around 30+ researchers • Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team • Own your team’s KPIs and its performance • Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation • Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously • Develop a positive team culture of high engagement, excellent quality, and fun

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in a business-related field (e.g., business administration, industrial engineering, information systems, operations, and supply chain management) • Proven knowledge in business process design, management, and optimization • 1+ year working experience • Skilled with spreadsheets • Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
