📋 Description

• Analyze internal data sources to understand business processes and identify optimization opportunities • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, preferably using Zoho, to visualize KPIs and key business metrics • Prepare and structure data for data engineers and other stakeholders • Produce regular reports and presentations for executive management with data-driven recommendations • Identify weaknesses in business processes and develop proposals for improvement • Collaborate closely with various departments to understand data requirements and develop solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role, ideally in the education sector • Strong experience analyzing large datasets and deriving actionable business insights • Experience creating dashboards, preferably with Zoho Analytics or similar tools • Ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging manner • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English • Familiarity with database queries (e.g., SQL) and data management • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
