đ Description
âą Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions for professional customers on the technical aspects of VELUX solutions âą Train installers in sales techniques and customer relationship management âą Manage skills assessments, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback âą Prepare training materials, documents, and mock-ups âą Set up training rooms and order products and refreshments âą Coordinate Qualiopi audits âą Contribute to the development and updating of technical, sales, and advisory training modules
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience delivering technical training in the roofing industry âą Sales experience is a plus âą Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to convey knowledge effectively âą Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team âą Ability to adapt to learnersâ specific needs âą Occasional travel throughout the country required
