As one of the fastest-growing ICHRA administrators, we’re expanding our Broker Partnerships Sales Team and looking for dynamic professionals to join us.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Experienced in employee benefits and broker relations, with established broker connections in key states in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. • Knowledgeable about the health insurance market, health insurance products, and ICHRA regulations. • A high-energy, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. • Existing relationships with brokers in the healthcare industry and a deep understanding of their needs and motivations. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. • Self-driven and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to facilitate change management within the broker channel and companies. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve sales challenges. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. • Currently licensed as a health insurance broker/producer, or have the ability to become licensed (Company will facilitate).
