📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing the billing and correspondence operations of EMHM business unit • Ensuring that billing processes are efficient, accurate, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements • Managing correspondence related to account inquiries • Driving strategy and leading cross-functional teams • Implementing process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction • Overseeing preparation, distribution, and tracking of accurate invoices • Ensuring timely and accurate billing in accordance with contracts • Managing communication related to ChartSwap, Collection Agencies and account status • Continuously assessing billing and correspondence workflows for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer service, or related roles • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for managing teams and cross-functional projects • Extensive knowledge of billing systems, invoicing software, and financial reporting tools. • Proven track record in process optimization, project management, and customer relations. • Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies. • Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner. • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.
