📋 Description

• Organize, plan, and design trips to the Indian subcontinent • Coordinate guest trips with internal and external service providers, including flight departments, local providers, and guides • Communicate with service providers to ensure operations are booked and reserved • Foster long-term relationships with service providers and negotiate agreements • Create new website content and translate existing texts • Design trips that delight customers • Negotiate services and prices with local providers to secure favorable deals • Provide world-class customer service addressing traveler needs • Identify opportunities to apply AI and implement solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Great verbal and written communication skills in English • Good understanding of how to sell a travel product • Passion for the Indian subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Maldives) and travel experience there • Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under stress • Good knowledge of Hindi for partner communication is a big plus • Good knowledge of German and French is a big plus • Experience in the tourism industry, especially with a tour operator • Software skills
