📋 Description

• Manage the company's full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition methods and strategies • Find, attract and hire new employees to meet workforce needs and goals • Assist with HR administrative tasks • Own the full recruitment life cycle from A to Z for the region, with limited support from the manager • Source technically skilled candidates through headhunting, social media, referral-centric sourcing, professional networking, search and selection, and behavioral interviewing • Work closely with the HR team and across the business • Take recruitment briefs and communicate with management across different cultures and backgrounds • Ask probing questions and challenge management on key decisions to ensure adherence to the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition • Excellent communication skills • Solid knowledge of recruiting strategies, policies and best practices • Hands-on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks • Ability to conduct different types of interviews, including structured, competency-based and behavioral interviews • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems • Bilingual English/Arabic preferred
