📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of active and prospective accounts, dedicating around 60% of time to growing existing key accounts and 40% to hunting new business • Serve as the primary point of contact for large, strategic customers and build long-term relationships with major FMCG accounts • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Northwest Italy territory • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive account growth • Use CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, to manage the pipeline and account activity • Visit customers across Northwest Italy 2–3 days per week, with 2–3 nights away from home in a typical week

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 3 days per week within the assigned territory, including 2–3 nights away from home • Minimum of 5 years of commercial, sales, or key account management experience, ideally within an industrial, B2B, or OEM environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Native or fluent Italian, and fluent English • Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
