• Manage a territory of approximately 10 - 15 financial institution clients. • Achieve assigned sales targets through retention and growth activities. • Grow existing relationships by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. • Lead consultative client conversations to uncover business needs. • Collaborate with strategy, product, analytics, and delivery teams to develop proposals. • Negotiate pricing and contract terms while managing renewals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. • 7+ years of success in a quota-carrying sales role. • Experience selling into banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions preferred. • Demonstrated success leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Proven consultative and insights-based selling skills. • Knowledge of digital media and financial institution offerings preferred. • Willingness to travel as needed to support client engagement.
